The Crossroads Partnership is a public-private leadership group dedicated to improving the appearance, value and quality of Downtown Morristown's Central Business District, also known as the Crossroads District, by applying the National Main Street Center's successful Four Point Approach focus on Design, Economic Restructuring, Promotion and Organization.
